At Adoris, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
✅ Return policy
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all labels and packaging.
Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
🚚 Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
We recommend using a tracking code for your shipment, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
💳 Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you by email.
If the return is accepted, we will refund the purchase amount within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
No administrative or return fees will be charged.
❌ Products that cannot be returned
Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
Replacement & Refund Policy for Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a free replacement at no additional cost.
If the customer chooses not to accept a replacement and instead requests a refund, please note that:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as shipping was provided free of charge and the cost was fully covered by our company.

In such cases, the refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost.
Alternatively, customers may choose to receive the full order amount (including shipping) in the form of store credit, which has no expiration date and can be used at any time.
📬 How to register a return?
Send an email to contact@adoris.co and include your order number and reason for return. We will then send you further instructions on how to return the product.
